This particular condiment is made from fermented paste of boiled soybeans, roasted grain, brine and aspergillus molds. The paste is then mashed using automated machines to bring out the liquid to form soy sauce. We, at Annapurna, use the traditional method of caramel preparation to get the original color and flavor.
